Booking Deposit
Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid, until then, your chosen slot is available to other clients to book on a first come first serve basis. The deposit amount ranges from £10-£50, depending on the value of the treatment being booked. The deposit payment goes towards the total payment value of your chosen treatment and you would be expected to pay the outstanding balance at your appointment.
All deposit payments are non-refundable.

Please note that your slot may be moved by 15-30 mins to fill gaps and utilise time effectively. You will receive a notification if your appointment is altered.
Rescheduling & Cancelling Appointments
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given - you will lose your deposit & a payment of 50% of the treatment value will be deducted for the scheduled appointment. A new booking will need to be made if you would like to re-book, with the payment of another deposit.
We understand that situations can arise that are out of your control, resulting in you being unable to attend your appointment. In such situations, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that your appointment can be offered to another client.
Appointment Attendance
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment as we cannot accommodate any plus ones.
Please ensure you arrive to your appointment with clean, makeup-free skin.
If you are running late to your appointment, please ensure you call or message to let us know ahead of your appointment time. A 10 minute grace period is given, but if you are late by more than 10 minutes, you will be charged a £10 late fee. If you are late by 20 minutes or more, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will lose your deposit as your lateness will run into the next appointment and not allow sufficient time for sanitation.
In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late and your appointment is cancelled – you will lose your deposit and will be required to make payment of a new deposit to make another booking.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full treatment price - this will be deducted from the card you make the deposit payment with.
All payments are non-refundable.
Consultation
​
Consultation and skin analysis are carried out at the appointment. If you wish to have a consultation prior to booking a treatment, a phone or video consultation can be carried out. You will be required to complete a consultation form. Depending on the skin concern being targeted, you may be recommended a course of sessions to treat it.
You may be recommended a different treatment to the one you originally booked, if we feel it will be more beneficial for you once a skin analysis has been done.

Treatment

Treatment can be refused or changed where we believe that you are not a suitable candidate for the treatment you have booked.
We cannot guarantee results as they can vary from person to person and depend on numerous different factors.

Payment
​
All payments are non-refundable.
Payment plans are available where a course of sessions is being booked. If you are booking a course of 3 sessions, you are able to split the payment into three – £50 deposit at the time of booking, half of the amount at the first session and then remaining final amount at the second session.
If you are booking a course of 6 sessions, you are able to split the payments into four – £50 deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining amount being split between the first, third and fifth sessions.
Payment plans can be refused and are discretionary.
We accept payment via cash, bank transfer & PayPal.
Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions as there are certain treatments you cannot have with some medical conditions.
Age Restrictions
You must be aged 18 or over for all treatments with the exception of Lash Lift and Basic Cleanse Facial. You must be aged 16 or over to have a Lash Lift or Basic Cleanse Facial and will be required to bring written permission from your parent or guardian to your appointment or alternatively, will need to be accompanied by them to your appointment.
